SIMPLICITY:  

1. Qualify through verbal requirements from the client
2. Centric will then physically analyze and qualify the product
3. Centric to provide Estimated Time of Completion which is dependent on intricacy of the product
4. On approval, we will send the item to Centric India Manufacturing Unit 
5. On arrival at our manufacturing unit, a sample is developed (if it's a metal product, a custom die must be built before reproduction) 
6. The product and sample is then shipped back to US Centric office 
7. Centric project managers to provide final Estimated Time of Completion
8. Item is shown to client for approval
9. On approval from client or if modifications (very minor) required, Centric India Manufacturing Unit will modify and/or start production 
10. Quantity to be shipped back to US Centric office
11. Items will be delivered to the client
